Dear Tom,

Now I Certainly have the cleanest, most resplendent basement in western New York! Maybe I should get 'Better Homes and Gardens' to take some pictures before I start getting it dirty, God forbid. It was more of a project than I think either of us  thought it would be, but I'm glad to have it done, and I guess you learned a few things in case there is another client who wants to have an anteseptic celler.

I appreciate your thoroughness and the quality of your men's work. I don't have any other projects in mind at the present time, but I will not hesitate to call on you if I do in the future or recommend you to others looking for a reliable contractor.
